Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy for most items except final sales and accessories, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Shipping orders are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days upon receiving the merchandise. To start a return please contact us at buakids@gmail.com with proof of purchase, order number and the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
If a customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, we will review the order and re-ship the correct items with a return bag for the incorrect items so you can send it back to us (shipping & handling charges are on us).
Items on sale, seasonal items, hair bows, or any other accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Additional
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Products marked as "sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Bua Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
